Before contacting us regarding a missing delivery, please check the status of the delivery with the relevant courier. Your tracking number/courier is included in the email we sent you when your order was processed and left our warehouse. Please check your junk/spam folders if you cannot locate the email in your inbox.
If you’re still having problems, please get in touch and we’ll be more than happy to assist you. Any issues regarding redelivery, left in safe place, with a neighbour etc… should be directed to the courier directly. We’re unable to assist with such problems.
